Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant culinary leadership experience
- Current ServSafe certification
- Proven track record of managing multiple kitchen locations or concepts
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and varied schedules
- Physical ability to navigate all kitchen areas including stairs and uneven surfaces
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience in casual upscale and fine-dining settings
- Proven multi-unit management experience
- Current ServSafe certification
- Deep knowledge of kitchen equipment and technical execution
- Strong mentorship and team leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage food costs and labor budgets
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the rollout of seasonal menu changes and holiday catering ensuring updated tools, recipes, and team training
- Create "Picture Perfect" training tools and standardized recipes to ensure consistency across multiple entities
- Conduct kitchen walkthroughs and tastings providing coaching and feedback to help chefs grow
- Work with Operations Leadership to manage food costs and labor budgets
- Ensure 100% compliance with California Health Codes and safety protocols
- Mentor and develop Executive Chefs and senior culinary leaders
- Foster a safe, professional, and inspiring kitchen environment
