Job Requirements

  • 10 plus years of culinary leadership experience
  • Proven multi-unit management experience
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work nights and weekends and flexible scheduling
  • Physical ability to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces in busy kitchens

Job Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of kitchen equipment and technical execution

  • Strong mentorship and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the rollout of seasonal menu changes and holiday catering
  • Ensure each restaurant has updated tools, recipes, and team training
  • Create Picture Perfect training tools and standardized recipes
  • Conduct kitchen walkthroughs and tastings with coaching and feedback
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to manage food costs and labor budgets
  • Ensure 100 percent compliance with CA health codes and safety protocols
