Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate event management preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of executing high-profile events at a global scale
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across global time zones
  • Experience managing sports hospitality events or brand activations tied to global sporting properties is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and how events contribute to pipeline and brand goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash and event management platforms

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to drive alignment on creative direction and experiential strategies for global events
  • Develop integrated campaigns and immersive brand experiences in partnership with the corporate marketing team
  • Own end-to-end management of cybersecurity-focused events worldwide including industry trade shows and branded sporting events
  • Oversee onsite operations including booth and venue installation, staffing coordination, schedule adherence, and real-time support
  • Lead post-event debriefs and provide brand and marketing teams with impact assessments, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations
  • Manage third-party vendors including contract negotiation, service quality, and timeline adherence
  • Develop and maintain event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities
  • Oversee ancillary events such as webinars, executive roundtables, and roadshows to amplify campaign reach
  • Manage event technology platforms to support registration, engagement, and reporting
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the ROI and KPIs of each event and apply insights to future planning
