Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of executing high-profile events at a global scale
- Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across global time zones
- Experience managing sports hospitality events or brand activations tied to global sporting properties is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and how events contribute to pipeline and brand goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash and event management platforms

Job Duties
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to drive alignment on creative direction and experiential strategies for global events
- Develop integrated campaigns and immersive brand experiences in partnership with the corporate marketing team
- Own end-to-end management of cybersecurity-focused events worldwide including industry trade shows and branded sporting events
- Oversee onsite operations including booth and venue installation, staffing coordination, schedule adherence, and real-time support
- Lead post-event debriefs and provide brand and marketing teams with impact assessments, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations
- Manage third-party vendors including contract negotiation, service quality, and timeline adherence
- Develop and maintain event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities
- Oversee ancillary events such as webinars, executive roundtables, and roadshows to amplify campaign reach
- Manage event technology platforms to support registration, engagement, and reporting
- Measure, analyze, and report on the ROI and KPIs of each event and apply insights to future planning
