Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in meeting planning specifically with incentives and C-level events
- CMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills at all management levels
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle changes effectively
- Advanced oral and written communication skills and analytical thinking
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Develop and manage project timelines establishing workflows with clients and vendors
- Review negotiate and oversee supplier contracts ensuring protection of GBT and clients interests managing deadlines and cancellation policies
- Act as communication bridge between IT support and clients to meet program web requirements
- Conduct site inspections and manage program details producing comprehensive itineraries and agendas
- Maintain meticulous records and file management following American Express policies
- Collaborate with team members to manage registration needs and maintain communication throughout program lifecycle
- Source and coordinate ancillary vendors including security and photographers
- Manage special projects and VIP logistics developing strong client and supplier relationships
- Oversee program budgets audit billing for accuracy and track expenses communicating with clients effectively
