Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of event management experience preferably in financial services
  • Proven experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with event registration platforms and CRM tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in event management preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with event management software and digital tools
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Provide event planning and coordination support for Bridge and HFES
  • Assist in the development and management of event budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, communications, and sales for event promotion
  • Manage relationships with external vendors such as caterers, audio-visual providers, and decorators
  • Develop and maintain event websites and registration platforms
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers, attendees, and staff
  • Provide on-site event management support including registration, catering, and audio-visual coordination
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements
