The company supports a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and fosters collaboration across diverse teams. Located in Jersey City, NJ, this organization offers hybrid work arrangements to provide employees with flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.

We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Event Manager for an immediate contract opportunity spanning 4 plus months, with long-term potential. The role also demands the development and upkeep of event websites, registration platforms, and other digital channels, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for attendees. Additionally, the Manager will coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers, guests, and staff to optimize event execution.

On-site event management is another critical duty where the Corporate Event Manager provides direct oversight of registration processes, catering quality, and audio-visual coordination to guarantee events run flawlessly. They will also be responsible for conducting detailed post-event evaluations, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance future events.

Candidates should have a proven track record with 3-5 years of event management experience, preferably in the financial services industry, demonstrating their ability to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with event management software, CRM tools, event communications, digital event platforms, and a solid grasp of vendor relationship management are essential for success.

This is an excellent opportunity for proactive professionals seeking to contribute to a renowned financial institution while enhancing their event management expertise. The Corporate Event Manager will enjoy working in a collaborative atmosphere that values innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
