The Corporate Director of Revenue Management plays a crucial role in maximizing revenue and financial performance across GHMI's diverse hotel portfolio. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the individual in this role provides strategic consultation and support to assigned properties through weekly revenue calls, forecasting exercises, and detailed revenue analysis.

Key duties extend to overseeing weekly and monthly forecasting, aligning property forecasts with corporate expectations, monitoring group cut-off dates, and adjusting inventory controls throughout the day using advanced revenue management systems. Additionally, the Corporate Director engages in special projects, participates in task forces and training sessions, and serves as a subject matter expert on revenue management principles and system usage. This role also leads the annual business travel pricing process, providing critical data insights and pricing guidance to meet revenue targets.
