Job Description
Radish is an innovative workplace food and beverage program that brings exceptional culinary experiences directly to professional environments. Featuring recipes crafted by some of the most highly acclaimed chefs across the country, including Michelin-starred talents, Top Chef champions, and beloved local culinary gems, Radish offers a unique fusion of gourmet food service tailored specifically for corporate dining. This commitment to quality and culinary excellence places Radish at the forefront of workplace dining solutions, delivering not only delicious meals but also an elevated dining experience that supports workplace cultures and employee satisfaction.
Radish operates with a distinct focus on combining hospitality innovation with impeccable service standards to create memorable dining experiences for a diverse range of corporate clients. With a commitment to culinary excellence and operational precision, Radish’s programs are designed to meet the dynamic demands of modern workplaces, enhancing daily food service through thoughtful menu designs, efficient service logistics, and strong client relations.
The Corporate Dining Relationship Manager (CDRM) plays a pivotal role within Radish’s operational framework, serving as the vital link between the client, onsite teams, culinary staff, and company leadership. This role is integral to delivering Radish’s promise of hospitality excellence by ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all workplace dining accounts. As the primary point of contact for clients, the CDRM is responsible for maintaining open, proactive communication that anticipates and responds to client needs swiftly and effectively.
The position requires a blend of strategic account management, operational oversight, and client relationship-building. The CDRM manages everyday communications, resolves service issues, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and oversees financial tracking related to client accounts. This means closely monitoring budgets, handling invoice reconciliations, and managing cost controls to ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability.
Moreover, the CDRM supports both brand and marketing efforts by coordinating special onsite events, pop-ups, and custom features that enhance the client experience and strengthen Radish’s hospitality brand. Training and staff development also fall under the purview of this role, with the CDRM leading or participating in team training sessions and standard operating procedure updates to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires on-site presence, reflecting Radish’s commitment to hands-on management and close collaboration with culinary and operational teams. Employment with Radish offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, alongside comprehensive benefits that support employee well-being and professional growth.
Overall, the Corporate Dining Relationship Manager position is ideal for individuals with a background in restaurant management, corporate dining, or account management who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong organizational, leadership, and financial skills. Radish seeks a passionate hospitality professional ready to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence through attentive, detail-oriented service and strategic account oversight.
