Job Duties

  • Greet and manage visitors
  • maintain common areas
  • manage and order supplies
  • coordinate catering
  • ensure premises upkeep
  • prepare meeting rooms
  • provide light on/off boarding support
  • manage and triage concierge requests
  • approve locker accommodations
  • approve access to work floor amenities
  • troubleshoot work floor issues
  • collaborate with experience coordinators and campus managers
  • conduct tours and act as a campus ambassador
  • maintain onboarding packages
  • create and distribute campus surveys
  • support ad hoc campus experience requests
