Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform light physical duties including cleaning
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Reception, greet and manage visitors and TD Facility occupants including verifying access and assisting with wayfinding
- Maintain knowledge of TD Facility layouts and personnel
- Monitor, document and report facility issues and coordinate with appropriate departments
- Perform light cleaning and maintain common areas including cafe supply management
- Manage meeting rooms booking, setup, and cleanup including AV equipment troubleshooting
- Oversee stationery, office products and equipment, handling repairs and restocking
- Handle mail and deliveries and update lobby directories as required
