The division boasts a rich portfolio including iconic brands like Stouffer's, Coffee mate, Nescafe, and Starbucks, among others. Leveraging extensive industry experience and an unparalleled distribution network, Nestle Professional Solutions provides top-tier support, guidance, and product innovation to foodservice operators to ensure their success in an intensely competitive market. Nestle is deeply committed to advancing a healthier future by supplying premium ingredients and operational expertise to a variety of foodservice venues. The company’s team of professionals, including culinary experts and product developers, work collaboratively with foodservice professionals to create innovative, branded food and beverage solutions that meet diverse operator needs. Nestle Professional Solutions employees enjoy opportunities for personal and professional growth, supported by continuous development initiatives and engagement with cutting-edge industry trends and innovations.
The position of Corporate Chef, Field Sales, offers an exciting and dynamic role within this vibrant foodservice ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Manager of Culinary Strategy for the Western Region, the Corporate Chef will focus on providing expert culinary sales support to Nestle’s field sales team. This role will play a critical part in driving volume growth of several high-profile Nestle brands, including Minor's, Stouffer's, Trio, Chef Mate, Toll House, and various embellishment products. The Corporate Chef will serve as a culinary thought leader, showcasing the exceptional value and quality of Nestle’s portfolio through product demonstrations, application guidance for back-of-house use, and menu innovation tailored to meet client needs. Strategic territory coverage includes states across Texas and the Western U.S., such as California (both northern and southern), Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and the Las Vegas market in Nevada, requiring frequent travel of 40-60%.
This role demands a blend of culinary creativity, sales acumen, and industry expertise to build and sustain meaningful chef-to-chef relationships with customers and industry partners. The Corporate Chef will develop innovative menus, analyze customer offerings to suggest operational improvements and product applications, and present compelling product demonstrations and food tastings to showcase Nestle’s portfolio. Key responsibilities also include training and mentoring sales partners and operator customers, leveraging consumer insights and trend data to drive relevant culinary solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales representatives, marketing, research and development, supply chain, and quality assurance. The Corporate Chef will also engage with culinary communities, professional associations, and educational institutions to foster brand presence and identify new business opportunities. Nestle offers a competitive total rewards package, including performance-based incentives, health care coverage, and a 401k with company match. The salary range for this position is approximately $115,000 to $130,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and geographic location. Nestle USA values diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities and supporting veterans and individuals with disabilities in their recruitment processes. This position does not sponsor visas and invites candidates seeking a meaningful culinary sales career to join a leading global food and beverage company committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
