The Corporate Partner Activation Seasonal Associate role is a unique opportunity to join this dynamic organization during an exciting season. This temporary, seasonal position involves working closely with the Corporate Partner Activation Department to deliver exceptional value to the Philadelphia Eagles’ corporate partnerships. The associate will support day-to-day business relationships and oversee the implementation of all contractual deliverables for multiple corporate sponsor accounts. This hands-on role is perfect for those eager to develop their skills in sports marketing, event management, and partnership activation while gaining exposure to a high-profile professional sports environment.

The associate will work directly under the Senior Manager of Corporate Partner Activation and collaborate with other team members to ensure partner benefits are fulfilled through various channels, including digital media, social media, events, merchandise, gameday activities, appearances, signage, and hospitality. They will coordinate partner events in multiple locations, including the front office, Lincoln Financial Field, and off-site venues, often requiring flexibility to work nights and weekends. Responsibilities also include game-day support such as in-game promotions, pre-game activations, and special activations during the team’s training camp.

This position demands creativity, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multi-step projects with precision. The associate will also assist with community relations initiatives like youth football and autism programs and contribute to marketing events including Kids Club and fan engagement activities. The role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals recently discharged from the military who possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. Job Requirements

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree or discharged from the military within the last 18 months
  • Reliable daily transportation to conduct business in the Tri-State Area
  • Valid US drivers license
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude with availability to work nights and weekends
  • Willingness to assist other departments when necessary
  • Previous experience in events, marketing, sponsorship, or customer service
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months

Job Duties

  • Fulfillment and execution of partner contractual benefits including digital and social media, events, merchandise, gameday elements, appearances, signage, and hospitality
  • Coordination of partner events at the Front Office, Lincoln Financial Field, and off-site locations often on nights and weekends
  • Game day activities including in-game promotions, pre-game activations, and other partner requests often on nights and weekends
  • Training Camp elements including set-up, breakdown, hospitality, promotions, and events including weekday and weekend activations
  • Development and implementation of partner's promotions, programs, activations, and special events involving multi-step implementation and creativity in execution
  • Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with partners, players, alumni, and fans
  • Creating partner action plans, end-of-season recaps, and metric reports
  • Presentations and ad-hoc research projects as needed
  • Travel and transport supplies to events in the tri-state area for event set-up and execution
  • Support Community Relations initiatives including Youth Football, Non-Profits, Autism, and Marketing events including Kids Club, Health & Wellness, Fan events
  • Additional duties as assigned by all members of the Corporate Partner Activation team on a daily basis
