Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with assistance if necessary
  • Ability to work on feet for long periods including walking and standing
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and stooping
  • Ability to work around sharp objects, heat sources and cleaning chemicals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high volume, deadline oriented environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Washing dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, pitchers, cups, and any other dishware
  • Putting items away in designated areas
  • Prioritizing duties by restaurant need and manager communication
  • Closing down work space
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work space
  • Performing other cleaning and maintenance projects as assigned
  • Responsible for waste disposal including taking out the garbage and recycling appropriate materials
