The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace where team members are actively encouraged to participate in the mission of promoting wellness and environmental responsibility. Sweetgreen offers equal employment opportunities without regard to sex, gender identity, race, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics, ensuring a welcoming environment for all employees. Additionally, the company offers perks like healthy shift meals and access to a swag marketplace, allowing employees to earn and purchase branded gear. This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week and involves physical activity including lifting, bending, reaching, and extended periods of standing or walking.
