Job Requirements
- must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- capable of bending, reaching, squatting, and pulling as required
- possess manual dexterity for typing, operating tools, and managing cleaning equipment
- able to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and operate kitchen machinery
- able to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and cleaning
- maintain energy and efficiency throughout long shifts including peak times
- demonstrate physical coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods including moving between work areas
Job Qualifications
- restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to various stations
- team-oriented and proactive during busy periods
- passionate about food quality, safety, and delivering memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- prepare and portion ingredients including mixing, chopping, and squeezing
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace following food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
- communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
- follow recipe guides to maintain order accuracy and handle allergens appropriately
- multitask efficiently during prep, service, and cleaning, especially during peak hours
