Job Requirements

- Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- Bending for accessing low areas and handling items

- Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- Manual dexterity including typing, interacting with systems, handling tools such as knives, thermometers, POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
- Physical mobility involving navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- Frequent repetitive motions such as typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
- Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination involving balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces

Job Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations

Job Duties
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver a friendly and efficient service experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal cues to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard following protocols for handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities particularly during peak hours of operation
