Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to routinely lift items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • Capability to bend, reach, squat, pull as required in food preparation and service
  • Strong manual dexterity for typing, handling tools, and operating systems
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, ramps, and use equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and cleaning
  • Maintain physical endurance to work long shifts and busy periods
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different workstations
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset especially during peak periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and guest experience
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • Use clear team communication to coordinate tasks and ensure workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and allergen protocols
  • Multi-task effectively during peak hours managing prep, service, and cleaning duties
