Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to routinely lift items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- Capability to bend, reach, squat, pull as required in food preparation and service
- Strong manual dexterity for typing, handling tools, and operating systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, ramps, and use equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and cleaning
- Maintain physical endurance to work long shifts and busy periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
- Use clear team communication to coordinate tasks and ensure workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and allergen protocols
- Multi-task effectively during peak hours managing prep, service, and cleaning duties
