Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- routinely handle lifting items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- able to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for various tasks
- demonstrate manual dexterity for typing and handling tools
- exhibit physical mobility for navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment use
- perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordinate balance and multitasking
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experience
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies
- use clear communication for team coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and protocols for allergen handling and preventing cross-contamination
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
