Job Requirements

  • must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • able to bend, reach, squat, and pull to access and handle items
  • possess manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and cleaning equipment
  • physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and equipment
  • capable of performing repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
  • maintain endurance and energy throughout shifts and peak periods
  • strong coordination and balance to multitask safely
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable
  • team-oriented and proactive especially during busy periods
  • passionate about food quality, safety, and guest experience
  • effective communication and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during shifts
  • communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and protocols for order accuracy and allergen handling
  • manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks efficiently during peak hours
