Job Requirements
- must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- able to bend, reach, squat, and pull to access and handle items
- possess manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and cleaning equipment
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and equipment
- capable of performing repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- maintain endurance and energy throughout shifts and peak periods
- strong coordination and balance to multitask safely
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand and walk for extended periods

- effective communication and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service
- maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during shifts
- communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and protocols for order accuracy and allergen handling
- manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks efficiently during peak hours
