As a Sweetgreen Team Member, you play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding hospitality while supporting seamless restaurant operations. The responsibilities of a Team Member include preparing ingredients by portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing; building salads quickly and accurately in line with company standards; engaging warmly with customers by greeting, taking orders, and providing menu knowledge; maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety protocols; and safely operating an array of kitchen tools and equipment. Additionally, Team Members are responsible for restocking ingredients as needed, communicating effectively with teammates using clear verbal cues, ensuring order accuracy by following established recipes, and managing multi-tasking duties especially during peak operational hours. These tasks require good physical mobility, dexterity, and endurance, including standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 50 lbs.

Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Routinely handle items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally items 40-50 lbs
- Bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- Reaching for accessing high areas including building salads and restocking
- Squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- Pulling tasks involving items or equipment
- Manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling knives, thermometers, POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators and use equipment
- Perform repetitive motions like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, mixing
- Maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Duties
