Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • routinely handle lifting items of 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • capable of bending, reaching, squatting, and pulling as needed
  • possess manual dexterity for operating kitchen tools and cleaning equipment
  • able to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
  • perform repetitive motions such as typing, chopping, and assembling
  • maintain physical endurance to work long shifts and peak periods
  • demonstrate balance and coordination for multitasking and handling bulky items
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • reliable and organized with adaptability to work different stations
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain proactive during peak periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • quickly and accurately build salads ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
  • communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain order accuracy and handle allergens properly
  • efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks especially during busy hours
