Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs routinely and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools, typing, and cleaning
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, and ramps
  • Endurance for long shifts including peak hours
  • Coordination and balance for multitasking and handling bulky items
  • Standing and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Passion for food quality and safety
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Food preparation including portioning, mixing, and chopping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, and deliver friendly, efficient service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces following food safety standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and safety
