Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Ability to routinely lift items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally lift 40-50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for tasks
- Manual dexterity to use kitchen tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and mixing
- Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Good coordination for balance and multitasking with bulky items or in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal communication with team members to ensure coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
