Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to routinely lift items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally lift 40-50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for tasks
  • Manual dexterity to use kitchen tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
  • Good coordination for balance and multitasking with bulky items or in tight spaces
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between areas

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
