Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • lifting routinely items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • bending for accessing low areas and handling items
  • reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking ingredients
  • squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
  • pulling items or equipment
  • manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools including knives and thermometers, and managing cleaning tools
  • physical mobility for navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
  • repetitive motions including typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency throughout long shifts and peak periods
  • standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Qualifications

  • restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • efficiently multitask during prep, service, and cleaning especially during peak hours
