Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking
- squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- pulling items or equipment as needed
- manual dexterity for typing, interacting with tools (knives, thermometers, POS), and cleaning
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
- repetitive motions such as typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, mixing
- physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination including balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, deliver friendly and efficient service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
- communicate clearly using verbal cues to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard while handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
- manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
