Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • lifting routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • bending for accessing low areas and handling items
  • reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking
  • squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
  • pulling items or equipment as needed
  • manual dexterity for typing, interacting with tools (knives, thermometers, POS), and cleaning
  • physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
  • repetitive motions such as typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, mixing
  • physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak periods
  • coordination including balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
  • team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, deliver friendly and efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • communicate clearly using verbal cues to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard while handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
  • manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
