Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally items 40-50 lbs
  • Physically able to bend, reach, squat, pull items, and maintain manual dexterity with tools and systems
  • Capable of navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • Possess physical endurance for long shifts and peak operation times
  • Maintain coordination and balance while multitasking in tight spaces
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between work areas

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive especially during busy periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Use clear verbal communication for team coordination
  • Follow prep guides to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks especially during peak hours
