This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Therefore, employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are solely managed by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. If hired, your employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee, who is fully responsible for all employment decisions related to this position. This franchise restaurant offers competitive pay rates up to $12.00 per hour based on experience, and overnight shift employees receive a competitive differential pay. The employment type includes both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible schedules to accommodate various availability, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
