Job Requirements

- Open availability for varying shifts

- Physical capability to reach, bend, push, or pull as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education diploma (GED), or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Preferred experience in bakery or specialty pastry roles
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products according to Sodexo Live recipes and production specifications
- Weigh and measure ingredients precisely and mix dough or batter by hand or using mixers
- Regulate oven temperatures and monitor baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Organize and stock bakery area, maintain proper storage, rotation, labeling, and dating of products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- Accommodate special orders and maintain high-quality standards for all baked goods
- Walk or stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
