Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- ability to climb stairs and work in confined spaces
- ability to wear respiratory equipment and personal protective equipment
- availability to work after hours and on-call for emergency response
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restoration or construction preferred but not required
- ability to operate manual and power tools safely
- excellent customer service skills
- attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- strong teamwork and communication abilities

Job Duties
- follow remediation and restoration procedures for cleaning homes and clients possessions using proper equipment and personal protective gear
- assist in maintaining company equipment
- collect and document detailed work records including photographs notes and videos
- communicate empathetically with property owners
- perform minor demolition tasks
