As a Copia - Auxiliar de bebidas en el bar, you will support bartenders by performing a variety of tasks essential to maintaining bar operations and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include keeping the bar and its furniture clean, washing glassware, preparing fresh garnishes using the FIFO system to ensure freshness, replenishing bar supplies, and maintaining compliance with health codes in storage and refrigeration areas. Flexibility, physical stamina, and efficient communication are critical as the position requires standing or walking for extended periods, frequently lifting up to 35 pounds, and sometimes up to 50 pounds. The role is dynamic, with duties that may vary between different venue accounts depending on business needs and client requirements.

Job Requirements
- Diploma of secondary education (high school), general education diploma (GED), or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol or work as a bartender according to local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the bar, bar furniture, tables, and tools
- Collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as needed to ensure adequate supply
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks using the First-in, First-out (FIFO) method
- Restock the bar or designated station with supplies and transport provisions to the bar area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Keep the bar area, beer drawers, storage, and refrigeration areas clean to comply with health code standards
- Walk or move around frequently during shifts, standing for extended periods, potentially over 8 hours
