Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in publicity or related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Budget management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Previous publicity job or internships experience
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under short deadlines
  • Good budgeting skills

Job Duties

  • Support in the execution of press junkets, premieres, and regional publicity/promotions
  • Support event logistics including talent schedules, venue details, DCP confirmations, COIs, legal approvals, creative material trafficking
  • Work cross-functionally with internal marketing and production teams and external partners on field activations and specialty stunts
  • Create and distribute press materials such as media alerts, fact sheets, press releases to field agencies
  • Draft written outlines/directives for field agencies on regional campaigns with oversight
  • Prepare documentation for premieres, junkets, and regional campaigns
  • Lead promotional item creation
  • Digitally create and print event collateral including badges, tickets, party passes
  • Generate overviews and written recaps for field or event activities
  • Support team in identifying new press outreach and event activation opportunities
  • Track and analyze press coverage and event performance
  • Oversee talent gifting selection and execution
  • Serve as point of contact for talent reps, media, agencies, and vendors
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify initiatives in field and events
  • Develop relationships with key industry contacts
  • Handle communications with executives regarding press junkets and events
