Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant experience with ticket operations or customer service
- Familiarity with ticket delivery platforms such as TDC
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Business, sports management, or related field a plus
- Ticketing experience or familiarity with TDC preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of events in the ticketing system
- Build and manage price codes, plans, promotions, qualifiers, and holds
- Process season, group, and hospitality ticket orders
- Support the Sales and Service teams with order entry, ticket fulfillment, payments, and mobile delivery
- Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Serve as a resource on game days for ticket resolution, customer service, and Will Call
- Maintain seating manifests and coordinate inventory across all ticket types
