Job Description

The Coordinator of Special Events position at Resorts World Las Vegas involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for department executives, facilitating the efficient operation of the Special Events department.

Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a coordinator within a similar or related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Polished appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience with clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
