Job Description
The Coordinator of Special Events position at Resorts World Las Vegas involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for department executives, facilitating the efficient operation of the Special Events department.
Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience as a coordinator within a similar or related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience with clerical and administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
