Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • willingness and ability to travel
  • strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associates degree preferred
  • minimum of 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
  • experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
  • ability and willingness to travel

Job Duties

  • Coordinates and develops schedules for riding crew members, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation
  • assists relevant stakeholders with the preparation and management of riding crew tools, schedules and resources
  • conducts regular follow-ups with Human Resources to ensure all required documentation for crew members is accurate and renewed in a timely manner
  • prepares and maintains data related to crew assignments and operational needs
  • provides administrative support to the Global Marine Operations team, facilitating smooth communication and workflow
  • manages cabin requests for riding crew, ensuring accommodations meet operational requirements
  • assists in generating reports on crew performance and operational metrics
  • facilitates collaboration across teams to enhance operational efficiency and crew satisfaction
  • monitors compliance with maritime regulations and company policies related to crew management
  • supports training initiatives for riding crew members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
