Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Access
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Access
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
- Ability and willingness to travel
Job Duties
- Coordinates and develops schedules for riding crew members ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation
- Assists relevant stakeholders with the preparation and management of riding crew tools schedules and resources
- Conducts regular follow-ups with Human Resources to ensure all required documentation for crew members is accurate and renewed in a timely manner
- Prepares and maintains data related to crew assignments and operational needs
- Provides administrative support to the Global Marine Operations team facilitating smooth communication and workflow
- Manages cabin requests for riding crew ensuring accommodations meet operational requirements
- Assists in generating reports on crew performance and operational metrics
- Facilitates collaboration across teams to enhance operational efficiency and crew satisfaction
- Monitors compliance with maritime regulations and company policies related to crew management
- Supports training initiatives for riding crew members ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
