Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience
  • practical knowledge of food preparation and social customs of etiquette
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience
  • proven track record supporting marketing and prospecting programs to drive event revenues
  • excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • creative, energetic, outgoing personality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • sales experience preferably in catering and private events
  • practical knowledge of food preparation and social etiquette
  • knowledgeable of food and beverage service methods, systems, controls, and costs
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Support the Private Event Director in selling private functions
  • meet with clients to determine needs and exceed expectations through detailed communication
  • assist in creating marketing materials to promote private events
  • manage private event social media posts
  • distribute daily and weekly reports ensuring accuracy
  • maintain consistent high-level service for Club Members and guests
  • maintain professional appearance of self and event personnel
  • fulfill training requirements to become a future Private Event Director
  • assist in sales process including upselling, tastings, and day of coordination
