Job Duties

  • Arrange all aspects of the pilot training phases
  • Manage multiple software platforms and windows throughout the day
  • Build and track training schedules for classroom, training devices, and simulators
  • Track progress and reschedule classes, students, and sessions as needed
  • Verify instructor qualifications for training sessions
  • Make necessary travel and lodging arrangements
  • Maintain communication with instructors, pilot records, flight operations managers and supervisors
  • Maintain knowledge of Department, Company and FAA policies
  • Maintain reports using Excel and other programs
