The Lansing Lugnuts are a High-A affiliate baseball team of the Oakland Athletics, based in Lansing, Michigan. They play their home games at Jackson Field, where they offer excitement and entertainment to baseball fans in the region. The position available is for a Coordinator in Partnership Management within the Lansing Lugnuts organization. This role is critical in the Corporate Partnerships department, focusing on activating and executing fully integrated marketing programs that enhance sponsor visibility and engagement. The Coordinator will handle a variety of responsibilities including managing sponsor artwork and advertising content for static and digital platforms, coordinating hospitality requests, and helping plan and execute corporate partner events both on game days and off days. They will maintain sponsor contract inventory, coordinate sponsor displays, and prepare client recaps while supporting relationship management efforts that strengthen connections between the club, its partners, and the community. The job requires presence during games and off-day events to ensure smooth operational support and the delivery of promotional activations.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage many concurrent, high-profile projects under tight deadlines. The candidate must be comfortable working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and select holidays. Job Duties

  • Manage the collection and execution of all sponsor artwork and copy for static signage, video board advertisements and publications
  • Manage the collection and execution of all sponsor advertising information, such as live reads and 30-second commercial spots
  • Manage and execute sponsor hospitality requests
  • Help coordinate the planning and execution of various in-park game day and non-game day corporate partner functions and events such as on-field ceremonies and experiences
  • Update and maintain all sponsor contract inventory
  • Help coordinate all details relating to outdoor and indoor displays and tabling such as vehicle displays, sampling displays, and concourse tabling
  • Prepare, compile, and assemble client recaps
  • Attend recap and other client meetings as necessary
  • Maintain and build client relationships
  • Work various game duties and be present at home games and other off-day events as necessary
  • Perform administrative work necessary in completing department and client activities such as filing, mailings, hand deliveries, and overnight couriers
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate partners, fans and the community during game days
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including tarp pulls
  • Assist with client and fan hospitality as needed
  • Assist with promotional activation as needed
  • Assist other departments as needed
