Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in public safety, traffic operations or venue operations
- Strong communication skills
- Must be an objective, independent thinker with ability to direct others
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens
- Standing for extended periods
- Walking throughout the facility including stairs
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist in implementing parking plans for daily and event operations at TSE-owned or operated parking lots
- Support day-to-day operations for on-site and off-site parking facilities
- Coordinate staffing schedules for event and non-event days, including communication with third-party vendors
- Monitor staff performance and report any issues to management
- Assist with contract coordination and communication with third-party parking vendors
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and transportation agencies on traffic control efforts
- Work with the Event Security Manager to support ingress/egress plans
