Job Description

Foley Entertainment Group (FEG) is a distinguished sports and entertainment company focused on delivering premier experiences to fans and guests across various platforms. Founded by Bill Foley, FEG operates a diverse portfolio anchored by four fundamental pillars: Sports, Hospitality, Venues, and Foundations. The company's sports division is spearheaded by the renowned Stanley Cup-winning NHL team, the Vegas Golden Knights. Supplementing this success, FEG also owns and operates the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL) and the Vegas Knight Hawks (IFL), which play their home games at the company-managed Lee's Family Forum. Beyond the United States, FEG has made significant international strides with investments in England's Premier League club AFC Bournemouth and majority ownership in Auckland FC, reinforcing its growing global presence in the sports and entertainment sector.

The Henderson Silver Knights are currently seeking a Coordinator of Membership Services to join the dynamic team within Foley Entertainment Group. This role is pivotal as it intertwines the elements of sales and service to craft exceptional member experiences, cultivate long-lasting relationships, and stimulate revenue growth through renewals, upgrades, and referrals. A successful candidate will be passionate about creating memorable fan experiences while achieving and surpassing business objectives. This full-time position demands a proactive approach, combining relationship management skills with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

In this capacity, the Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for Season Ticket Members, fostering strong, personalized relationships that enhance member retention and satisfaction. The role entails collaborating closely with the Ticketing department, contributing to the department’s overall success by ensuring proactive communication, creative member engagement, and excellent service delivery. Beyond daily interactions, the Coordinator will represent Foley Entertainment Group's dedication to quality service at all home games, events, and during member communications. The responsibilities extend to organizing and supporting member-exclusive events such as skating sessions, happy hours, and viewing parties, designed to deepen engagement and create unique experiences that resonate with fans.

Critical to the role is the ability to manage data efficiently, maintaining accurate and timely account information within CRM and ticketing systems, a responsibility that underpins effective outreach and personalized member service. The Coordinator will conduct frequent proactive outbound calls to members, strengthening bonds and encouraging active participation and renewal. Attendance at games and events is also expected, where the Coordinator will actively engage with members, promptly addressing any concerns or needs that arise.

Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a related field, supplemented with at least 1 to 2 years of ticket sales or service experience, preferably within the professional or collegiate sports context. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and outstanding organizational skills to navigate the fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of live sports and entertainment venues. Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft CRM, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is required.

This role embodies the spirit of teamwork, resilience, and adaptability, thriving in a high-energy environment that frequently requires work during evenings and weekends through hockey seasons and special events. The successful Coordinator must share a passion for sports and customer service, possess a self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of accountability, and maintain a flexible approach to changing priorities and business needs.

Foley Entertainment Group prides itself on providing an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, encouraging equal employment opportunities and fostering a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. The group is committed to building a diverse team reflective of its global outreach and dedication to excellence in sports and entertainment.
