Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience in jobs involving personnel duties, reporting and analytical work
  • Proficient in MS Office including excel
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview
  • Reliable punctual attendance

Job Duties

  • Provide wide ranging personnel duties
  • Include analytical support to Base / Line Maintenance operation
  • Assist in development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions
  • Provide forecasts of future manpower requirements
  • Coordinate adjustment/utilization of staffing resources
  • Develop and maintain statistical data and prepare reports
  • Perform personnel related duties including scanning, filing, overtime call outs, payroll, and attendance tracking
