Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
Job Qualifications

- Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing/warehouse environment
- 2+ years preferred
- Forklift Certification preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
Job Duties
- Responsible for scheduling outbound and inbound appointments
- Responsible for creating outbound orders in Drink Pak's WMS and coordinating with the Forklift Drivers to ensure shipment accuracy and prioritization
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Monitor each shipment to make sure outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Preparing bill of ladings (BOLs)
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership
- Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management
- Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all Drink Pak's policies and procedures
- Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
