Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of inventory management or logistics experience, preferably in merchandise or retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with inventory transactions
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance
  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and SKU tracking
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime based on inventory demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with inventory transactions
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance
  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and SKU tracking
  • Experience with third-party logistics providers is a plus
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Track and report on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status to internal teams
  • Assist in resolving inventory variances by reconciling warehouse reports with internal inventory data
  • Support cycle counts and periodic inventory reconciliations as needed
  • Conduct inventory audits to verify quantities received against packing lists and system records
  • Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, packed, and organized according to company compliance standards
  • Work with warehouse partners to ensure all received inventory is systemically ingested and available for fulfillment in a timely manner
  • Verify and ensure correct SKU labeling and barcoding to avoid discrepancies in inventory management systems
  • Escalate any discrepancies, damages, or non-compliance issues to the Operations Manager for resolution
