Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum three years of event planning experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Passionate about Goodwill's mission
Detail oriented
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Acceptable driving record

Job Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in event planning
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Passion for Goodwill’s mission and the people served
Detail oriented
Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Build and maintain relationships with Goodwill program, retail, and administration staff to increase awareness and support for strategic goals
Create an annual event plan prioritizing Goodwill's strategic goals
Support an annual event plan aligned with the External Affairs team to grow marketing efforts
Collaborate with internal and external program representatives to create effective community-facing events
Develop relationships with community partners offering barrier-removing programs and services
Manage event production and planning within budget throughout the state
Provide leads on employer and participant success stories as available
