Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
- Flexibility to adapt to varying job duties depending on property or facility size
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or recreational activities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward guest service
- Basic knowledge of recreational facility operations
- Customer service experience
Job Duties
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for owners and guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Encourage and recruit owners and guests to participate in recreation activities
- Provide information to owners and guests about available recreation facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment
- Set up, facilitate, and clean up each activity location
- Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities to ensure safety and welfare
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs, interact professionally with colleagues and guests, contribute to team goals, and always follow company policies and safety procedures
