Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create, monitor, audit, and communicate hotel assignments for line pilots coming in for training and others traveling to the Flight Training Center on company business
  • partner with external stakeholders to ensure hotel reservations comply with contractual obligations
  • manage regulatory compliance requirements for Chinese visa submissions and renewals, passport renewals and changes, foreign national pilot registration and documentation, and SIDA badge compliance
  • serve as front-line technology expert for pilot Electronic Flight Bags, including configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of iPads
  • provide excellent customer service support to pilot inquiries and assist with onboarding new hires, including fingerprinting, I-9 form support, business cards, and badging and access control
  • act as subject matter expert for pilot crew badging inquiries, updates, reprints, and support for damaged or expired badges
  • support the execution of pilot renewal badging across the airline system
  • support the return to work process for pilots returning from leave
  • provide critical administrative support to special projects and new initiatives across Flight Operations and the Flight Training Center as assigned
