Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet members and non-members and ascertain their needs
- update the lobby traffic log and handoff members to appropriate service representatives
- assist members with inquiries and provide general credit union information
- answer telephone calls and route to appropriate personnel
- provide account information and post requested transactions not handled through teller services
- troubleshoot ITM issues and complete ITM disputes
- assist members with coin machine and complete paperwork for services
- issue instant issue cards
- assist with mail and courier work
- handle ordering checks, address changes, stop payments, issuing direct deposit and proof of account letters
- follow policies related to BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC
- provide notary service when applicable
- read internal publications
- perform other duties as assigned
