Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment
Have the ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Utilize proper recipes, equipment, tools and utensils

Assist in coordinating the flow of work within the culinary department to maximize quality and efficiency
