The company places great emphasis on providing a world-class employee experience, recognizing that the best way to deliver exceptional guest service is to empower and nurture its workforce.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is a luxurious mountain lodge nestled in a verdant valley of the American West. The Cook will assist in menu creation and the preparation of specials, working closely with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to achieve consistent excellence.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary, as the Cook collaborates with other kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and delightful culinary experiences for guests. The role may involve physically demanding tasks such as lifting or moving items weighing up to 40 pounds. Candidates are expected to have substantial food knowledge and experience, with preference given to those with one to two years of culinary or hotel kitchen experience or formal training from culinary school. Flexibility in work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is also required.

Four Seasons offers a comprehensive employee benefits package including discounted housing, complimentary room nights worldwide, medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, 5 weeks of paid time off, retail and spa discounts, free employee meals, uniform dry cleaning, and discounted or transferable ski passes among others. This commitment to employee well-being underscores the company’s dedication to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment, enabling team members to grow professionally and personally while contributing to the luxurious and personalized service the Four Seasons brand is known for.
