Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in kitchen/hotel operation or culinary school
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lb
- possess legal work authorization in the United States
- good level of food knowledge and experience

Job Duties
- Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
- ensure that all food items are prepared to exacting standards
- assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials
- check and complete mise en place and pars and set up the station
- work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
- ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
- follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests
