The role of Cook at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is essential to the success of the Food & Beverage team. Cooks at all levels are invited to apply, with their primary responsibility being to provide exceptional quality and service to guests. This position requires a commitment to maintaining Four Seasons standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The cook will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of their assigned kitchen station, ensuring that all food items are prepared to exacting standards. They will assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials, check and complete mise en place and pars, and set up their station efficiently.

Attention to detail is crucial as cooks must work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain high standards of quality in both production and presentation. Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area is also an essential part of the role. Cooks are expected to follow all guidelines related to timely food service to guests and perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in kitchen/hotel operation or culinary school
  • must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lb
  • possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • good level of food knowledge and experience

Job Duties
