We are currently seeking motivated and skilled cooks to join this exciting new venture. This is a full-time position within Concord Hospitality Enterprises, a rapidly growing hospitality company known for its dedication to associate development and exceptional service standards. Cooks at Cork & Crust will play a vital role in preparing consistent, quality dishes that not only meet but exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about culinary presentation, and committed to upholding safe food handling practices.

As part of our team, cooks will be responsible for adhering to brand recipe cards and standard operating procedures while ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals tailored to guest preferences. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of culinary or cooking experience
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Must adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be punctual and reliable

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
  • Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
  • Practice safety standards at all times
  • Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
  • Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
  • Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
